Listed homes can usually be visited within 24 to 48 hours of your first call, and often the same day for homes we hold open. We confirm the pre-approval first so the tour is worth your fuel, then line up the showings in one organised route across northern Utah.
Do you take listing clients outside Ogden?
Yes. The office serves sellers across the northern Wasatch Front corridor, from Roy and South Ogden up through North Ogden, Pleasant View, Harrisville and Liberty, and into planned new neighborhoods near the bench. What does the valuation walk cost?
A standard market valuation walk with a written report is free for owners who then list with MELISSA MONTGOMERY REALTY, LLC. A standalone report for a home already listed elsewhere carries a fixed fee, quoted plainly before any field work starts so there are never surprise charges on the ledger.
